Charged £11.99 to tell me my phone was ok for unlocking , then asked for another £26 to unlock it . I have asked my credit card company to refund me the money . A quick google showed my iPhone is unlocked as standard and ready for an e sim . I didn’t need to spend £11.99 and certainly didn’t need another £26 . It’s a scam . They offered me a refund ( which they refused initially ) if I removed my review . It’s worth £11.99 to warn others .

Don’t waste your time. They take your money and then ask for more further through the process. The whole process of unlocking my phone took over 3 weeks. I initially gave them a bad review and they messaged me to say if I changed it to a good one they would issue me a refund. Surprise, surprise , this never happened !!! Avoid at all costs !!!

I asked for an unlock code however the pass code on the phone would not let me turn the phone off to do the instructions without the pass code so it did not really work so for me was a waste of money for me.

I've used their services due to the amount of good reviews from here. First of all after you'll pay the first payment you'll need to pay once more. I did all that and my phone it's still locked. They will email you asking to write a review and they will refund you 10£ . I've done that as well and they haven't refunded anything. Tried to contact them through email not once and I had no response.

This is a service purely to cheat you out of your money. First it charges you to check your phone can be unlocked, then it charges you to purchase the unlock code, which won’t work of course, but don’t worry, you can part with more money for a master code which I’m assuming won’t work for either. So, if you wish to throw £35+ out the window and still have a locked phone, this is the service for you.

They took 12 pounds and then advised me that covered only 50% of the job. Very underhand indeed and then had the temerity to hide behind their terms and conditions when I complained. Furthermore, several days after submitting above have not received the 10 pounds for completing the review.
