Whilst unlocking was pretty easy and fast to do, don’t be fooled into thinking that it will only cost £11.99, as shown on clicking the unlock link. This £11.99 is to pay for step 1 only, the pre-unlock checks. Once complete, they then advise that the £11.99 is non-refundable and you are required to pay a further £26 to complete the unlock. Pretty sharp practice at best and far from transparent. This is apparently shown in the small print that I def saw no sight of throughout the process. I hate feeling ‘had’ which I most definitely now feel.

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your feedback. I understand how the breakdown of costs can feel frustrating, so I appreciate your honesty. Just to clarify, the initial £11.99 covers the Eligibility Check to ensure your phone can be unlocked, and the subsequent payment of £26 is for the actual unlock process. This breakdown is indeed outlined on the checkout page to maintain transparency, and we strive to keep our customers informed. Since your unlock status is "Unlock Complete," I'm glad to hear that everything has gone through successfully! If you have any questions about your unlocked iPhone 13 Pro or need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help! Best, Charlotte

Hi E J Carmody, Thank you for your feedback! I understand your frustrations regarding the payments and the unlocking process for your Samsung Galaxy A40. To clarify, the first payment of £11.99 was for the Eligibility Check, which ensures your device can be unlocked, and the £26 you paid was for the Standard Unlock. These costs are outlined prior to your purchase on our checkout page, as we require an Eligibility Check followed by the Unlocking Payment to complete the process. Your current order status indicates "Reported as Not Unlocked, waiting customer feedback." This means we need your input to proceed. If you could provide that, we’d be able to move forward and assist you further. Please let me know how you'd like to continue, and we’re here to help! Best, Charlotte

SCAM! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! They said that they have successfully unlocked my device but that’s not the case when I tried to use another sim. They promised a refund because I have submitted all the proofs that they want but after 3 weeks of waiting and going back and forth, they cannot provide a clear update and have blocked a live chat support for me. Didn’t get any update at all via their email address.

Hi Cherish, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. From the information I have, it looks like your order status is marked as "Unlock Complete." Since you've mentioned that the phone still isn't working with another SIM card, it's possible that the issue might be due to an "Incompatible Sim" message. To proceed with the refund for this specific issue, here is a relevant detail from our refund policy: "Refunds are provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to 'Incompatible Sim' message. Proof in the form of a video is required." You mentioned that you've already submitted all necessary proofs. To resolve this quickly, I will request immediate attention to your case. Could you please ensure that all proofs, particularly a video showing the 'Incompatible Sim' message, have been submitted? If yes, I'll escalate this matter for you. Thank you for your patience, Cherish. Let me get this sorted out for you.

Claimed it'd cost £11.99 to unlock the phone then they requested more money-£20.00-to 'actually' unlock it. No refund offered when I requested it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE. Go to the service provider.

My phone did get unlocked after a couple of days with no problem I can't give a positive review because I feel the charges are expensive and, despite the company's caveats that the additional charge after "eligibility" are not clear. I have since found that I could have got same result on eBay for £12. I had to pay £38. I expect this review won't be put on the website

Hi Stephen, Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. I understand that you're concerned about the fees. We clearly outline on our checkout page that an Eligibility Check is required first, followed by an Unlocking Payment if eligible. It seems you've successfully had your iPhone XR unlocked with us, which is fantastic news. Regarding EE, sometimes network providers do offer unlocking services, but our service is designed to provide a quick and convenient unlocking option. Hi Mohit, I'm really sorry to hear about your frustration. Based on what you've shared, it sounds like your iPhone might have been blacklisted, blocked, or had existing issues that prevented the unlock from being completed successfully. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, we are unable to provide refunds if the phone is blocked or blacklisted. Here is an excerpt: "7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple (Handsets are blacklisted if reported lost, stolen or abused)." While I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, the unlock process incurs costs that are non-refundable in these scenarios. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else you'd like to clarify, please feel free to ask. Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Mr. Wilson, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your experience. I'm sorry to hear that the unlock for your iPhone 8 Plus on giffgaff UK did not work as expected. Given your order status is marked as "Unlock Complete," it might be helpful to ensure that all steps in the unlocking process were properly followed. If the phone is still locked, it's important to verify that the SIM you're using is active and not related to any of the issues mentioned in our terms and refund policies, like being blacklisted or having an Activation Lock. Here's a useful tip from our FAQ: For iPhones, you typically need to insert a SIM card from a different network, connect your iPhone to WiFi, and then restart your device to complete the unlocking process. If you’ve tried all that and the issue persists, please provide a bit more detail, and we'll look into it further to ensure that your phone gets unlocked successfully. Appreciate your patience! Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Mohamed, I'm happy to inform you that your order status is "Unlock Complete." This means the unlocking process for your iPhone 15 from the EE UK network has been successful. Could you please double-check if you've received an email with the unlock instructions? For iPhones, you'll typically need to connect to WiFi, turn your phone off, and then on. If you haven't received the email or if there's still an issue, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes the email can end up there. Please let me know if you need any further assistance, and I'll be glad to help! Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Frankie, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve taken a look at your order, and it shows that your unlock process is complete. You’ve made two payments—£11.99 for the Eligibility Check and £26 for the Standard Unlock. If your iPad is still showing as locked, it might be a good idea to ensure that you’ve followed all the provided unlock instructions. Generally, for iPhones and iPads, you need to connect your device to WiFi and then power it off and back on as part of the final steps. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please make sure you've provided the requested screenshot, and we’ll prioritize your case to find a resolution quickly. We aim to resolve all issues and are here to support you through this process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best, Charlotte
