SCAM! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! They said that they have successfully unlocked my device but that’s not the case when I tried to use another sim. They promised a refund because I have submitted all the proofs that they want but after 3 weeks of waiting and going back and forth, they cannot provide a clear update and have blocked a live chat support for me. Didn’t get any update at all via their email address.

Hi Cherish, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. From the information I have, it looks like your order status is marked as "Unlock Complete." Since you've mentioned that the phone still isn't working with another SIM card, it's possible that the issue might be due to an "Incompatible Sim" message. To proceed with the refund for this specific issue, here is a relevant detail from our refund policy: "Refunds are provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to 'Incompatible Sim' message. Proof in the form of a video is required." You mentioned that you've already submitted all necessary proofs. To resolve this quickly, I will request immediate attention to your case. Could you please ensure that all proofs, particularly a video showing the 'Incompatible Sim' message, have been submitted? If yes, I'll escalate this matter for you. Thank you for your patience, Cherish. Let me get this sorted out for you.

Claimed it'd cost £11.99 to unlock the phone then they requested more money-£20.00-to 'actually' unlock it. No refund offered when I requested it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE. Go to the service provider.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustration, Sarah. It seems there might be some confusion regarding the process. You paid £11.99 for the Standard Unlock, and no additional payments of £20.00 were processed for your order, as it is showing as "Unlock Complete." All costs, including any additional fees, are outlined on the checkout page prior to purchase to ensure transparency. According to our terms and conditions, once the payment is made, cancellations and refunds for the eligibility check are not possible as the service is performed immediately. If your iPhone 11 from EE UK is successfully unlocked, you should be able to use it with any compatible network. If you encounter any specific issues while using the unlocked phone, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to assist you further. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

My phone did get unlocked after a couple of days with no problem I can't give a positive review because I feel the charges are expensive and, despite the company's caveats that the additional charge after "eligibility" are not clear. I have since found that I could have got same result on eBay for £12. I had to pay £38. I expect this review won't be put on the website

Hi Stephen, Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. I understand that you're concerned about the fees. We clearly outline on our checkout page that an Eligibility Check is required first, followed by an Unlocking Payment if eligible. It seems you've successfully had your iPhone XR unlocked with us, which is fantastic news. Regarding EE, sometimes network providers do offer unlocking services, but our service is designed to provide a quick and convenient unlocking option. I'm glad we could complete your unlock, and I hope you’re enjoying your unlocked phone now. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please let me know! Best, Charlotte

Hi Mohit, I'm really sorry to hear about your frustration. Based on what you've shared, it sounds like your iPhone might have been blacklisted, blocked, or had existing issues that prevented the unlock from being completed successfully. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, we are unable to provide refunds if the phone is blocked or blacklisted. Here is an excerpt: "7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple (Handsets are blacklisted if reported lost, stolen or abused)." While I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, the unlock process incurs costs that are non-refundable in these scenarios. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else you'd like to clarify, please feel free to ask. Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Mr. Wilson, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your experience. I'm sorry to hear that the unlock for your iPhone 8 Plus on giffgaff UK did not work as expected. Given your order status is marked as "Unlock Complete," it might be helpful to ensure that all steps in the unlocking process were properly followed. If the phone is still locked, it's important to verify that the SIM you're using is active and not related to any of the issues mentioned in our terms and refund policies, like being blacklisted or having an Activation Lock. Here's a useful tip from our FAQ: For iPhones, you typically need to insert a SIM card from a different network, connect your iPhone to WiFi, and then restart your device to complete the unlocking process. If you’ve tried all that and the issue persists, please provide a bit more detail, and we'll look into it further to ensure that your phone gets unlocked successfully. Appreciate your patience! Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Mohamed, I'm happy to inform you that your order status is "Unlock Complete." This means the unlocking process for your iPhone 15 from the EE UK network has been successful. Could you please double-check if you've received an email with the unlock instructions? For iPhones, you'll typically need to connect to WiFi, turn your phone off, and then on. If you haven't received the email or if there's still an issue, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes the email can end up there. Please let me know if you need any further assistance, and I'll be glad to help! Best regards, Charlotte

Hi Frankie, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve taken a look at your order, and it shows that your unlock process is complete. You’ve made two payments—£11.99 for the Eligibility Check and £26 for the Standard Unlock. If your iPad is still showing as locked, it might be a good idea to ensure that you’ve followed all the provided unlock instructions. Generally, for iPhones and iPads, you need to connect your device to WiFi and then power it off and back on as part of the final steps. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please make sure you've provided the requested screenshot, and we’ll prioritize your case to find a resolution quickly. We aim to resolve all issues and are here to support you through this process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best, Charlotte

Garbage! Didn’t work, why have a refund policy but no refund. My account got credited so I had to spend it anyways, like I paid with store credit tf. So I had no choice to but to spend it back just to do the samething but instead of gettting charged $6.99 again then I was charged $28 dollars for just for a imei lookup then got an email saying it was unlocked just to be charged $56 dollars after that so my remaining $27 credits were no longer on my order and it didn’t show the charge on my debit card for the $28. But after I got the confirmation email I was told I would get $10 added back on my card I didn’t get so I resubmitted my review, so here we are.

I was charged twice 29,99 then 36 US dollars ,I made a mistake and I ordered an unlock for an already unlocked phone and even though it stated that in the eligibility report but what mixed me up is that there was a button stating unlock, why is there a button to unlock a already unlocked phone ,

Hello Maha, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand the confusion regarding the charges and the unlock button for an already unlocked phone. From what you've mentioned, it seems you initially paid $28.99 for an Eligibility Check, which revealed that your iPhone 11 was already unlocked. The subsequent $36 payment you made was for the Standard Unlock service. As per our terms (7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple), if the eligibility check shows that the device is already unlocked, it's not eligible for a refund. The unlock button exists to proceed with purchases for users who need their phones unlocked - it's a standard feature on the website, but I understand how it might be confusing in your situation. While I acknowledge that this isn't the news you were hoping for, I encourage you to regard the Eligibility Check as a valuable confirmation of your phone's status, ensuring that it's ready for use on any network without the need for further unlock procedures. If you have any further questions or require assistance with another device in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to help! Best regards, Charlotte
