“Wanted to unlock my phone as going to Australia for my sons wedding, seems to be woking to unlock takes a little time but seems to be hassle free”

Our records show two payments: $24.99 (Eligibility Check) and $54.00 (Standard Unlock) — charges appear on your card as "Expressunlocks." Per our terms: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy notes "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." To finish the iPhone unlock please connect to Wi‑Fi and power the phone off and on as instructed: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If you're still seeing the phone locked or you spot an unexpected charge on your statement, tell me exactly what you see (screenshot helps) and I’ll get this sorted quickly.

Si necesitas el último paso: según nuestras instrucciones, para iPhones solo tienes que conectar el teléfono al wifi, apagarlo y encenderlo; eso completa el desbloqueo.
