After help from a friend we used the unlock service and it worked! We weren't expecting to pay so much, but it's worth it for the ease of service!

I can confirm you’ve paid £14.99 for the Eligibility Check and £49 for the Standard Unlock; as our Terms say, "Pre‑orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." If you need the finishing steps: for non‑iPhones insert an incompatible SIM and enter the unlock code 7079147308080729 when prompted (or let me know if it’s already unlocked). They are very slow at best. Was charged twice for same unlock. Poor customer service.

These guys were really fast! The whole process was just a couple of hours. The instructions were easy to follow. It still sports the AT&T SIM card and works fine. I am heading out to "cell Phone Row" tomorrow in search of the best deal.

The unlocking process took a little longer than I anticipated, but the service worked as promised. It was worth the cost to be spared an hour + on the phone with the phone company's customer "service" line.

Widzę, że Twoje zamówienie złożone 22 sierpnia 2025 r. na Huawei P30 Lite w systemie EE jest obecnie „Zgłoszone jako Nieodblokowane, czekam na opinię klienta”. Nasze warunki brzmią: „Urządzenia inne niż iPhone: wprowadź kody odblokowujące zgodnie z instrukcjami e-mail” — włóż kartę SIM inną niż EE, aby wyświetlić ekran odblokowania i wprowadź kod 3323215109542222. Zapłaciłeś 14,99 GBP za sprawdzenie uprawnień i 30 GBP za standardowe odblokowanie — wszystkie koszty są widoczne na stronie płatności. Jeśli kod się nie powiedzie lub telefon nie poprosi o kod, odpowiedz, podając dokładny błąd/komunikat, a ja przekażę sprawę dalej.

I was dubious of this service at first but like so many others paid the fee before reading reviews and to be honest I'm glad I did, had I not I would have never had my phone unlocked in under 48 hours. Every step of the way they were informative and honest, be patient and you will 100% get what you pay for, fantastic service. This is not a paid review just a random dude who is typing I from their newly unlocked phone! Woop!

Worth every penny. It cost me over $100 but I would gladly pay it again if I ever need to unlock another phone. They stayed in touch with me over the 2 days it took and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend.

To finish the unlock, insert a non-AT&T SIM and enter the code when prompted — as our terms say, "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions." You’ve paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $106 for the Standard Unlock; those costs are shown on the checkout page and are standard for this process. If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code or the code won’t work, reply here and I’ll walk you through troubleshooting. If we work with you and the code still can’t be made to work, our Refund Policy states: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." Tell me what happens when you insert the new SIM and I’ll assist.

Three stars as of now because I’m not able to access the phone to make sure it is unlocked. I did receive confirmation email that it is unlocked, however the 365 day live chat support is not at all 365 days nor is it live. Quite obvious it’s a chat bot. Went multiple days without responses and even after emailing there was no direct response from a person. If the phone is unlocked and useable I will give 4 stars. Took 7 days.

You’ve paid $54 for the Standard Unlock — all costs are shown on the checkout page. Please try these steps to finish: - Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi, then turn it off and on. As our T&Cs say: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" - If possible, insert a different (non‑AT&T) SIM to verify it accepts another network. - Or check Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock — it should show "No SIM restrictions." If it still seems locked, please reply with a screenshot of Settings > About or the exact message you see (or a short video if you see "Incompatible SIM") and I’ll escalate this immediately. Please be aware that the first 24.99 charge is to confirm your phone will unlock then there's another charge of 54.00 to unlock phone. Took about a day but unlocked perfectly. Thank you expressunlocks
