Unhappy with how your service was conducted.. I seen the advert saying £15 & thought great I’m happy with that! I was not happy when half way through unlocking my phone, you then wanted another £30 to complete the procedure 🤦‍♂️

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m sorry the extra payment was a surprise. I can see you paid £14.99 for an Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock and your order status is "Unlock Complete." Please note our policy: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." and "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." Also, if an iPhone needs extra work a Premium Service may be required: "If the iPhone doesn't meet certain criteria (disclosed on their checkout page), a Premium Service may be required in addition to the Standard Unlocking Payment. This will be shown in their status." Because your order shows Unlock Complete, please finish the iPhone unlock by following the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If it still shows locked, reply with your order number or the email used and I’ll look into it right away.

The process of unlocking the phone on express unlock's end is quite fast but the problem is, it is only showing unlocked on their end but the phone itself is still showing SIM-Locked which a bit frustrating. As per turnaround time on the website, it is showing the support will reply within 30mins which they made a response within that given timeframe. However, the phone is still showing SIM-Locked. I made a follow up multiple times and no response given as if its like what they have in mind is, "it is showing on our end that your phone is unlocked so, get lost!". The customer service even advised me to record a video of the phone's setting which I made effort to do so but after sending multiple videos, no response at all. Maybe because I already made the payment?? I tried my luck getting a service that is supposed to be great but I'm so disappointed right now. I hope this gets fixed. All I want is to get an update if the process is still ongoing or should I still hope that they are working on it but sadly, I'm not getting anything at all. This is definitely a scam. I give up. They even offered me a refund to change the review from 1 start to 5 star and mentioned that they send the refund immediately which I agree to get the money back since the solution was never been given but it's been more than 10hrs and no refund. So changing it back to 1 star which is the original rating.

El proceso mencionaba 7 días de espera para mi liberación, pero al cuarto día me hicieron llegar el código y funcionó perfectamente pude usar el chip de otra compañía sin problema. Da un poco de desconfianza por lo dos cobros que realiza, y el tiempo de espera se reinicio una vez, pero funciona perfectamente. Si lo recomiendo si quieres liberar tu celular.

Buenas noticias: tu pedido aparece como "Desbloqueo completo" y el código de desbloqueo de tu Motorola Moto G Play 2023 (Xfinity USA) es 96280198. Para finalizar, inserta una tarjeta SIM que no sea de Xfinity e introduce el código cuando se te solicite. Como se explica en las condiciones, "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: introducir los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". Si tu teléfono no solicita un código de desbloqueo al insertar la tarjeta SIM incompatible, necesitarás un desbloqueo remoto por USB. Como se indica en nuestras condiciones, "Un dispositivo Android solo se puede desbloquear mediante un código si el dispositivo solicita un código de desbloqueo al insertar una tarjeta SIM incompatible". In my experience, ExpressUnlocks is a complete scam. I had a fully paid-off and operational iPhone 16 Pro Max that was SIM-locked to AT&T. After several unsuccessful attempts to get AT&T to unlock the device, I found ExpressUnlocks through a Google search and decided to give their “fast service” a try. Weeks later, my phone was still not unlocked. They charged me multiple fees to “assess” the phone’s status, yet never provided any real progress or support. The so-called “tech support” responses appeared to be automated or AI-generated, offering no genuine help or accountability. After two frustrating weeks, I decided to contact AT&T again—this time reaching a live representative who unlocked my phone in less than two minutes. The phone now works perfectly, and I was able to give it to my son to use on Verizon’s network. I immediately informed ExpressUnlocks that their services were no longer needed, but they continued to send automated messages claiming they were still “working” on the unlock. This only confirmed my suspicion that their entire operation is automated and deceptive. I’m now out $94, with no refund and no ability to contact a real person. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, and I urge others to stay away from ExpressUnlocks entirely
