I’m sorry it took longer than expected, but I’m glad your iPhone 16 Plus on Xfinity USA is now showing as Unlock Complete (order from Aug 14, 2025). Per our Terms: "Delivery times are guidelines set by the relative networks" and "These delivery times are variable" (T&Cs 6.1–6.2). To finish, please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" for iPhones (T&Cs 8.1). “mobileunlock apparently made a phone check of £14.99 and it all come back all clear. And then you want to another £30 pound to unlock my Samsung S8. I think it was all a scam. so I do not want to use you again. I've unlocked it myself with EE really quick and easy. if I realized that's a way forward, I would have not gone with mobileunlock app at all. I am still chasing my money back with NatWest credit card for a full refund”
