Although it took a while to unlock I didn't have to do much except sit here and wait for it to unlock. I am very happy that my phone is now unlocked and can use my new sim card. I'm very happy with this service.

Alles hat gut funktioniert. Mein Telefon wurde erfolgreich entsperrt. Im ersten Teil hab ich aber leider nicht erkannt, dass weitere höhere Zusatzkosten auf mich zukommen. Ich dachte, die erste Bezahlung sei der Preis fürs entsperren. Das ist aber nur für die Prüfung. Entsperren kostet noch einmal zusätzlich. Entsperren wurde aber nach der weiteren Zahlung gut durchgeführt und hat auch wunderbar funktioniert.

The service is pretty good, staff is supportive, even though the process for my unlock took so long, I have to say it's a nice service.

The service was good as far as being straight forward and easy to understand, and saved me some hassle I would have had otherwise trying to get it unlocked, although the code said 48 hours it ended up being a lot sooner at just under 2 hours which is much appreciated Though one issue I would have is the two stages of payment without any prior warning of the price, I feel this should be made more obvious as nearly £40 in two stages feels like taking advantage to an extent.

Very fast but a bit expensive for something that seems to be a fully automatic process. It probably took around 30 mins to get my iPhone 6 unlocked from EE network. I tested it with a different operator card and everything seems to work fine. The process was very straightforward, no crashes, errors, ads or issues, email updates came as expected, the status on the tracking page was updating just fine. Definitely worth using if you have no time or desire to shop for a cheaper deal and need your phone unlocked asap but I didn’t like the fact it didn’t give me the full price straight away and forced to pay for a preliminary check while I knew the phone wasn’t stolen or locked.
