“i STILL havent received my book and do not know when it will arrive even though you guys told me that i would recieve it on Monday 12th of May... This is very badas i needed it for an exam and it is today. if i fail i will be ooking for yiu guys to pay for me to take the exam again. I am thoroughly disapiointed and disgruntled as this time and will NBEVER buy anything from your company again even though i now need the ONSITE GUIDE and Guidence note 3”
