“Extremely good value, very prompt delivery and excellent and friendly after-sales customer service, quickly rectifying a minor issue I had with one item. “Literally. Express. Next day delivery from a STOCK item. How many websites tell you after you’ve paid. We don’t have it and it will be 3-4 days. Not in this case. Up to date levels and spot on service. Will use again”

“Absolute appalling company, was told all online deliveries are sent via next day delivery, complete lie, I've waited 4 days for a delivery. When it did arrive the order was incomplete and the alarms are old stock, fire alarm is dated 2019! Have emailed company and got no response, left a voicemail for the online sales team, no response, eventually spoke to someone called 'Muhammad' who was suppose to call me back, guess what never happened. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering, absolutely scam of a business, will certainly advise other customers to avoid this business - complaint has been raised with my payment merchant regarding missing alarms from order.”
