“Ordered 2 smoke alarms & 1 heat alarm for next day delivery. Tooka week to arrive, sent 2 chasing emails but no response. Still waiting for VAT Invoice - would not use again”

“2 week wait for delivery and no communication regarding the delay. To finish on a positive, the chap that answered my call was bemused at the delay and dealt with their issue straightaway. The package was delivered next day, bravo 👏”

“Was expecting delivery next day, two days at worst. Tried calling numerous times went straight to answerphone,left messages no response. Emailed with no response. Delivery turned up a week after ordering with still no reply. Shocking customer service”

“If I hadn't called 2 days before I needed the parts I ordered, they would not have been delivered because they had not been posted. Ordered on the 3rd, money taken on the 4th, posted on the 8th after I called you. Not acceptable...........”
