“Ordered a fusebox consumer unit with backplate. I incorrectly ordered the wrong back plate, Express were straight on the phone and sorted my order out in no time. Big thanks to Saul for sorting this out so quickly! Will 100% be using this company again!”

“The advertised delivery time was adhered to and the procduct was as ordered, the order process went smoothly. I think the delivery company may have stepped on the heater as there were footprints on the packaging however no damage internally. The dellivery driver was very helpful.”

“First shipment was incorrect product. This was quickly rectified unfortunately DPD let the side down after saying it was to be delivered early morning, then changing to 4.14:5.15pm then advising it would be before 8pm then didn't turn up until the following day.”

“Made my order on monday 12.45am. Had to phone on wednesday as you Had forgotten my order. Receved part of my order Friday pm. Called to ask what happend to the rest Of my order but only got a voice mail. At 3pm . Order did come Saturday pm.”

“Not arrived -I’m 88 the dpd guy waited 2 mins despite me adding delivery instructions and now he has plonked it at a pick Up point I can’t get to !!”
