“If I hadn't called 2 days before I needed the parts I ordered, they would not have been delivered because they had not been posted. Ordered on the 3rd, money taken on the 4th, posted on the 8th after I called you. Not acceptable...........”

“Pleasant to deal with. Sorted out an incorrect order (possibly my mistake) without fuss. Would certainly use again. The order was made over the Christmas period, so the fact that it was not fast was to be expected.”

“All good.. bought a whole house(10) of smoke detectors.. Aico units. All arrived well packaged. All fitted and working , worth buying a decent brand. Cost of items was also good compared to other sellers. Nice help from them as I couldn’t get back into my account 😊”
