“On-line order arrived, LED PIR Outside lamp, defective. Absolutley NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one on any of the phone numbers wanted to take ownership of the problem, kept being told its a different dept, still waiting for a Director to call to discuss this debacle, I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get someone to deal with this issue, 3 weeks on and I am still awaiting for the defective item to be collected and my money refunded as I sourced an alternative product.”
