“The key part of my address was missing on the parcel force label. This resulted in a 4 delay, 3 * very long phone calls with parcel force and nearly 2 hour round trip to a parcel force depot to collect the parcel this morning. The invoice I received from Express Electrical clearly shows the shipping address that I provided was correct and complete. I don’t know if the fault lies with parcel force or Express Electrical, but the ‘shipment’ has been a fiasco and caused me to delay a clients job by 1 day. I am not very happy.”

“i STILL havent received my book and do not know when it will arrive even though you guys told me that i would recieve it on Monday 12th of May... This is very badas i needed it for an exam and it is today. if i fail i will be ooking for yiu guys to pay for me to take the exam again. I am thoroughly disapiointed and disgruntled as this time and will NBEVER buy anything from your company again even though i now need the ONSITE GUIDE and Guidence note 3”
