Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Competitive rate and easy to deal with on the 'phone. I have renewed for this year. I have not had to make a claim so I cannot comment on that side of things. I am over 70 which can phase some insurers but it was no problem for Explorer.”

“I had cause to actually use Explorer for a hospital stay whilst in Greece. The experience was amazing with minimal worry on my part ensuring that the bills were covered. After many years of travel, it was my first claim and cannot praise Explorer highly enough that I did not worry about financial aspects and could concentrate on getting fit to travel. I always recommend Explorer most highly!”
