“I thankfully haven’t had to make a claim on my travel insurance but if they handle any future claim that I may have with the same expertise as when I took it out I shouldn’t have any problems”

“This is my favourite health travel insurance. provider. Cover is also provided for existing medical conditions at a good price. My sister also uses this company on my advice. Last year one of her holidays was cancelled by the tour company and she received an immediate refund of her insuronce premium after sending evidence of the holiday cancellation.”

“The actual process of purchasing the insurance was seamless but luckily I've never had to use the insurance for any claims, so I can't comment on how proficient the claims process is. I have used Explorer Travel Insurance several times now and have no reason not to do so on the future 😁”
