“we have never made a claim and so I do not know how Explorer will perform in that situation but for ease of renewing the insurance and cost etc. then they are good.”

“We have yearly worldwide travel insurance with Explorer, We are now in our fourth year, as retired Cruisers & International travelers, Cannot fault them or improve on them considering Value for Money. Thanks Explorer.”

“We have booked the travel insurance in readiness for our May holiday. However the process of obtaining the insurance was very good and hopefully we shall not required to claim. At this stage we would use explorer travel again”

“Previous to my last renewal l only had good things to say about explorer. This last renewal l found to be not very good. The renewal letter stated phone to renew or go online, but to go online l would have to fill in the application as if starting all over again. I decided to phone to renew, only to find l had to go through the process as if l was a new customer, this annoyed me as l was having to pay a higher rate phone charge. I could have done it online and it wouldn't have cost to do it. .”
