“Seems to do what it says on the tin at a reasonable cost. Why do i have to re input my current medical history every year instead of just adding to them if required”

“I purchased a 2 week Cruise Travel Insce at a very competitive price, and found the site very user friendly. Fortunately I didn't have to use it so unable to comment on how good the insce is or how helpful staff are in an emergency.”

“Telephone communication very good and your customer service personnel were excellent. As I have 2 policies running ie 1 for Europe (multi travel) and 1 for the USA, my problem is in identifying which is which. There is only the purchase date that gives me a clue.”

“Very easy to purchase this insurance via the easy to use website. The rates seem to be very competitive. However, I can’t comment on how they react to a claim as, although I’ve used them for a number of years, I haven’t yet had to make a claim.”

“I have not had cause to make a claim so cannot really comment. How I rate the insurance policy and company would presumably be when I have to have dealings with them when something goes wrong. The policy seems to cover adequately and is comparable to others I have held.”

“Fairly easy to purchase a policy but medical declarations a little restrictive for personal scenarios. Can't really score the Company until it becomes necessary to make a claim.”
