Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“The agent with whom I spoke was very helpful, and saved us money with suggestions rather than encouraging me to add extra items, that we really did not need, which I have had before when dealing with travel insurance agents. She was excellent.”

They are contactable by phone, which is ideal if you have medical conditions, and their prices are very good in comparison to other companies. “Good policy and I am sure that normally the details would come to me fast by email but I have a talktalk email address and your company for some reason has a problem with this which means that you cannot send anything to me that way. My wife also bought a similar policy from you which she received OK on her icloud address but she was then unable to forward it to me. So I then had to ask for it through snail mail. I have no problem with my address with other suppliers. Can you not get this inexplicable problem sorted out? Regards Stuart Burgess”
