“Hard to write a review of a product I haven't had to use as yet. I understand why it is important to have insurance but, until you have to make a claim, it is difficult to say whether or not explorer is a good company to have a policy with.”

“Cover looked good--but did not need to use it so ---no problems. Had a minor issue and had to ring you as I could not get it to take payment and after much messing around on laptop, I got it to take payment but did not realise, it had taken expiry date out and replaced by entry date--thus looking like I was returning on same day. I had to ring up, correct and then pay extra and get different policy”

“We have used Explorer Travel Insurance on a number of occasions.Thankfully we have not had to use their services to date.We did speak to them last year regarding a medical diagnosis for my wife when we found them to be very helpful in resolving the matter.”
