Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I first used Explorer Travel Insurance in 2019, as they came up with an affordable quote on a comparison website. I took out an Annual Multi-Trip Policy & was able to use it on 2 almost back-to-back cruises in April of that year. Since then, Explorer has kept me informed about various deals & other travel-related matters, such as the new GHIC card. The latest deal was 10% off a Policy when getting a quote before 21st June, which I did & subsequently made a booking. Again, I chose an Annual Multi-Trip Policy when talking to Vivien at Explorer, as it was only £10 more than a single trip, again for a cruise. It included basic cruise cover but after I pre-booked several tours, I upgraded to a CruisePlus Policy which also includes missed port & confinement to cabin, both of which I have experienced. A previous quote with this cruise cover from another company had gone down when I checked but was for a single trip, & I didn't feel like getting a multi-trip quote fractionally lower than Explorer's & having to cancel with them, so I accepted Explorer's quote.”
