“I Found Explorer Travel Insurance to be upfront and truthful. quick to respond. Last year my wife Myself and my Son were due to holiday in Cyprus. Unfortunately, my wife became ill before we were able to tack this holiday, which resulted in her passing away. Once I was able to supply the information you required, you sorted out a refund for me. “As with most insurance these days it is over-priced and gives far too many get-outs for the insurer. One wonders if it is worth bothering with, except that you have to have it, but in general the whole industry has become so risk averse that it is not fit for purpose. well, you did ask!”
