About Explorer Travel Insurance:

Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I couldn’t believe it when I was asked if I had IBS and what medication I was taking. Millions of people have IBS, usually undiagnosed. My doctor assumes I have IBS but I don’t take any medication. Also, I do not have high blood pressure because I take medication to keep it low. You will be asking when we last had a cold next. I last had one over 20 years ago...probably because I am vegetarian. Shouldn’t that reduce my premium?”

“We have used Explorer Travel Insurance for a number of years, they clearly identify each pre-medical condition in the same terms as used by our medical practitioners so we know exactly what we are covered for without ambiguity. Their online medical screening system is excellent and easy to use producing a clear statement of cover provided and policy cost prior to selection and payment.”
