“I ordered the maple trailing ivy which I've assembled in a pot on a tall wooden plant stand. It looks OK but a bit plasticky. It serves the purpose though as I've had several other live plants in pot on the stand but because it is near a radiator and a rather dark corner of room the plants have always died. From a distance it looks pretty good. I can say it serves the purpose and adds a bit of interest to the room.”

Good Afternoon Glenys, I am really sorry to hear you are a little disappointed in your troughs. I can see in your image that the foliage is still quite clumped together from the effect of being packaged. I would reccomend you dressing the foliage out (in a simular way you need to with artificial christmas trees). This can make the foliage twice as dense and I hope transform your window boxes. If you would like to discuss this further do not hesitate giving us a call.

“I have purchased loads of plants from evergreen direct. Never dissapointed, always on time and look great. I have also purchased plants from Amazon, wish I hadn't bothered, all faded within 3-4 weeks, rubbish I will be replacing them with plants from Evergreen, those look as good as when I bought them! “The delivery was very quick, however: 1- they had been packed head to toe so one of them was upside down, creating dirt everywhere from bits of ‘soil’ which had fallen out of the pot. 2- the trees are very very small. They are the correct height but had been squashed in transit and have never recovered. They do not fill the space which I thought they would. I thought they might ‘spread out’ with time but have not. The branches are all sticking upwards and the back of most of the leaves are visible rather than the front. It is so flimsy that I dare not push the branches outwards in case they break. 3- they look very plasticky; not natural-looking as had been advertised. 4- some of the leaves have fallen out as they are simply inserted into the main stem with small bits of plastic. 5- they were very expensive so I assumed they would look amazing but are actually the worst value for money of any item I have ever bought on any website.”
