“Second purchase from Evergreen - I bought a large palm, two lemon trees and an orchid, I loved them all because they are so realistic and do not require any maintenance. Delivery was prompt and were in good condition. After sales staff were very helpful about how to arrange the plants to best effect. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Is this a joke? I ordered and paid for some artificial grasses at the beginning of this month. The money has gone out of my account but I haven't received my order. I have phoned a few times, but no one picks up and I cannot send an email as none of the options offered are relevant to my query.”

Hi Susan, I am extremely sorry for the delay with your order. As I am sure you can appreciate these are very difficult times and we are working with 20% of our usual staff for safety throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. It is difficult to answer all calls due to the reduced office staff presence but we will always answer any messages whether that be on our voice mail or emails. Orders are taking 7-10 working days to be processed at the moment due to our very limited staff numbers. “Love these they are not perfectly round which give the impression they are real .. and they do look real! I’m quite a fussy person and I’m really happy with them they look so good!”

“I ordered 2 x Pansy and Dracaena window boxes for my office. I tried unsuccessfully to maintain window boxes with live plants and flowers before switching to artificial plants from Evergreen. Previously I bought plants from Evergreen for my existing window boxes which were excellent but after many years on site they needed replacing so I bought these fitted boxes which are so much easier and great value. Highly recommended”

“Delighted with the quality and realism of the product and have bought more as a result. However, they are not included in the ‘outdoor’ range which promises no fading in the sun, yet the description recommends they are suitable for a conservatory which would normally be bathed in sunlight. I’m hoping they will stay looking as beautiful as they do now after a few months on my glass-roofed terrace.”

“Can’t fault Evergreen. So helpful had plants from them 5/6 years ago and they lasted that long. The last 12 months they faded so ordered these Bespoke 1/2 round hanging baskets. Really are stunning. All my Neighbours pass remarks about them. The sales department are always on hand to help. Will recommend them without hesitation Thanks guys 👏”
