Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

Ordered my piece the middle of September for a special birthday. Heard nothing then an e mail saying my item was out of stock and did I want to pick something else or have mums ashes sent back .Its a hard enough process without having ashes posted about the country .So decided to wait having explained to my daughter her 30th birthday gift would be late .Another e mail saying 6 weeks then another saying middle of November after chasing it up .Surprise the pendant arrived yesterday not even a courtesy call after all the upset .would not recommend.

Good Afternoon Sorry to hear you would not recommend our company, unfortunately occasionally we can run out of stock on jewellery items and due to the current environment it can take a little while to arrive back in. I can see that we had quoted you on your jewellery would be completed by the 8th November and that we had been able to complete this sooner for you. We did not follow through with another phone call as we had calls with your self throughout the delay and we wanted to get your jewellery out to you as quick as possible. I apologise if this action was not well received and hope, that now you have your jewellery you are happy with the the great craftsmanship that has gone into your memorial jewellery. Tried to fasten round neck & it’s fell apart asked for a longer chain but no response from anybody I need the necklace in one piece so I can have him near me I’m not happy with your shoddy service

Placed my order for self fill pendant on 26/7/21, there was no mention of a longer delivery time if I upgraded. The money was taken from my account the next day and I then received an email to say that because I’d upgraded to white gold the production time was upto 8 weeks, this was very disappointing to say the least. It’s now over 8 weeks and I’ve phoned a few times but keep getting told they’ve not received the gold yet. I’m fast losing faith in this company, actually considering cancelling my order and asking for a refund. This is a difficult time to say the least without not being able to scatter my Dads ashes because my family, the funeral director and the crematorium are all on hold because this poor service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Hopefully I will receive what I’ve paid for soon but I will post an update if and when it actually arrives. Everwith have also not returned some of the calls the promised to.

I can see you have been in contact with our customer service team and are waiting for jewellery to arrive, as soon as we receive your gold jewellery we will dispatch your order as priority and you will receive a confirmation email for this. Was so disappointed with the quality of the chain on my bracelet. For £111 I thought it would it would have been more sturdy Wouldnt recommend this service. Not value for money

Disappointed with the customer service, the locket I purchased didn't sit right it kept twisting round and the front kept facing the back so you didn't see the little star/stone on the front. I was told by Katie at customer service they could not help!! and it probably needed to be on a different necklace. If this is the case why supply it with a necklace which is not suitable. The certificate of authenticity wasn't great and the writing had been smudged. So not a great after service.

Received my ring with my dearest fathers ashes Lovely ring great workmanship but sorry to say I will be unable to wear it £500 down the drain The reason being the Ring is sooooo wide that with 24hrs of uncomfortable wearing it has Badly Bruised the inside of my little and middle finger Such a shame the sides of the ring are so thick

Well I’m still waiting for my piece of jewellery! It’s been 2 weeks now. Looking more like 3 weeks. Should not advertise they can turn around in 7 days. I understand there could be slight delays due to covid, but not another 2 weeks

Chain is so thin and item looked so much bigger on line service was brilliant but very disappointed with the 3 items I purchased feel I could have spent half the money and got more memories from putting mum and partners ashes in an earn which I will do now !

I paid £138 for two charms. One for my daughter and one for myself. I couldn't fit any of my dear dog's ashes inside - the cavity was non existent. I'm so extremely disappointed and sad. Beware.

I've waited 3 wks for a refund with excuse after excuse all I want is my refund so I can have my 2 sons ashes with me it's heartbreaking not having them with me

We've refunded the order in full from our end, and are awaiting written confirmation from your bank or card issuer that you still haven't received a refund. Highly disappointed with the communication and service, called them up and asked when it was to be shipped, they said Wednesday (With a one day delivery) but I asked them to delay it until Thursday as I could wait in the house on Friday. Now they have sent it until Friday. Won’t be in. Poor communication, poor excuses.

I was advised 1 week after they received the ashes that the design necklace I had purchased had been rejected by the quality department. As someone who also works in bespoke manufacturing I cannot understand why these items would not be looked at upon arrival, and not before they are due to be created!? I have now been advised I will have to wait over a month for my piece. Poor planning and business management!

Really really disappointed. After wearing The necklace for two weeks only and I am out shopping when the chain snaps. There was never any pulling on the chain at all and I wouldn’t have known it has snapped but for the feeling of the “locket” falling. Before contacting yourselves and receiving a replacement I took the chain to 2 jewellers and the said the chain was only worth £25 !!!! Considering what your company charges I find this absolutely dreadful and my deceased partner would be absolutely furious.

Dear Valued Customer, I am so sorry that this has happened to your chain. If you could send us some photos to info@everwith.co.uk we could see whether this was a manufacturing issue or not. If so, we would obviously have to look into this. I have spoken to our jewellery specialists and I am afraid that a jeweller wouldn't be able to give an exact price as we all use different suppliers. I was told by your company that my order was delivered today and signed for. I have not left the house all day and I have not received my order. I asked my neighbour if he had taken it in for me, but he has also been out all day. He Is my only neighbor, so who signed for it I have no idea. I am very upset about this as it has my husband ashes in it. And it was quiet expensive and I am going to Cyprus. I would love to know who signed for it. I had no message to say I had received it. I did not know till I phoned up to require where it was. Please look into this ASAP, I am very stressed out what with loosing my husband and now this has happened.
