Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

Unfortunately the jewellery has not been delivered yet . The email address is mine and I am Mrs Jones's sister in law as she has no computer or even broadband. I am not sure if the address you gave for delivery was correct as they have tried to deliver it on several occasions but said couldn't find the address. I changed the address to the correct one to be delivered today, but still not received.

Sadly I’ve had a very poor experience with this company. The ring I received was damaged with a very noticeable scratch on the front of the ring. I’ve contacted customer services numerous times and sent photos of the damage, but have just been ignored with no kind of resolution. I would not use this company again or recommend them to friends/family for such an important purchase

Customer service were lovely but I paid alot of money for this product and when it arrived I was gutted. It was the size of a childs pendant and looks silly on me. Yes, they may state the sizes but I hadnt even contemplated it being so small so didnt even think about it. They compensated me a bit but I'm still stuck with a necklace I dont like but its got my boy in it so I cant get it replaced, plus I cant afford to. Gutted :(

Ordered a catalogue at beginning of April. No sooner had we received a catalogue the company decided to significantly raise all the prices. Items that we had become set on had raised in price by up to £300! I would have thought a company built around other people loss would have had a little more decorum than this. The company refused to honour prices that had been sent out to us.

Disappointed, initially delighted with my glass locket brought in November 2020 to keep my daughter close to my heart, I wore my locket everyday, the glass has fallen out, have contacted customer service they cannot repair my locket even though you advertise a refurbishment service and could only offer me a 20% discount on a new locket. Feel absolutely lost.

Locket itself is cheap and nasty. The chain is very flimsy and short - wouldn't dare wear it as I would be afraid of it breaking. I can't fault the ordering process, communication and delivery but the actual product is very poor. Bitterly disappointed. Absolute waste of money. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a necklace and paid extra for engraving but when it come the engraving was absolutely rubbish, could not read it. Tried very hard to sort this out with everwith to be told I had to wait 8 weeks as the item was out of stock! No compassion at a difficult time. It may mean nothing to everwith but it’s a very difficult time and was extremely unhappy with the service I have received. I will not recommend this company to anyone totally disappointed

Absolute joke my mother paid £145 for a sterling sliver bracelet foe her sisters 60th with there brothers ashes in it,it came with a 6in chain on it that wouldn't fit a child, and we have just been told from a jewellers that it's not even real silver. Shocking at that price a wouldn't be buying from here and will not be recommending to anyone bloody joke

Funny how all the pictures and recommendations are about rings but not thier more affordable lines, like self fill purchases. Can anyone recommend assure me in this ??

We've been left incredibly disappointed with EverWith's service. Our jewelry arrived quickly and appeared to be great quality; however, we had serious issues with two of our three items. The first time wearing my necklace, the clasp unhooked and the pendant slipped off the chain and was gone. Why there isn't a stopper on the necklace baffles me. This problem could be easily avoided. The other problem was with my husband's ring. Using the sizer we determined he needed a size R. However, the ring did not fit. He went to a jewelry store and confirmed he needed a size R. At first EverWith offered to replace/fix both items. However, when communicating with them again, we were treated horribly. We were told we 'lost' the necklace (as if we simply misplaced it and wanted a new necklace), when in fact we did not; the necklace chain was poorly constructed and made without a stopper. Additionally, the sizing error is on EverWith's end and it is unclear why we should have to pay for their errors. This is made even more distressing as these are our baby's ashes and so we have very few ashes to begin with. We are now having to have to use the very last bit of our baby's ashes to have replacements made. Had we known we would receive poor quality items and have to deal with customer service that blames us, we never would have proceeded with EverWith. We would never use EverWith again.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bracelet I ordered. The chain is very fine with limited space to do the chain up. There is no safety catch either so if the very thin chain broke you would likely lose your bracelet with your loved ones ashes. Very disappointed.

These are gimmicks it is impossible to get the ashes passed down the funnel into the Jewellery

We ordered a ring for my wife as an Xmas present on 1st Nov, a confirmation Email on 3rd Nov stated that they were doing their best to get the ring despatched within a 7 day time frame. According to the website 7 days is their standard turnaround time but as of today (26th Nov) we have received no word. The customer services number was constantly busy so I sent an Email chasing my order. I was told that that the ring would in fact usually be despatched within 6-8 weeks and that it might be with us by Christmas. I wouldn’t bother ordering from these people, we ordered with Ashes to Glass a couple of years ago snd had our item within a few days. I wish we’d used them again, how sad….

I ordered 3 lockets for my daughters and I. Really disappointed that two of the lockets are faulty and won't close. The customer service has been excellent hand have agreed to replace them without me returning the fault ones, as they contain dads ashes. I am now anxious that the replacements will be ok as I really want them to be a precious keepsake.
