Sadly I’ve had a very poor experience with this company. The ring I received was damaged with a very noticeable scratch on the front of the ring. I’ve contacted customer services numerous times and sent photos of the damage, but have just been ignored with no kind of resolution.
I would not use this company again or recommend them to friends/family for such an important purchase
