“I haven't had the holiday yet so for me it's after that I can give a full review as I have to see that all bookings are as expected. But so far I cannot fault the service I have had from Emma . She was faultless and happy to help every time the plans altered .I have not used a tailor made company before but Emma made me feel at ease using Eshores.”

“The Holiday that your consultant Andrea found was a first class choice for my wife & friends needed, as my wife has just finished treatment for cancer & we a need a short holiday to get away. “I can't speak highly enough of the service we have received from E-Shores. Dave Felton has gone out of his way to help us find the perfect holiday, and has tirelessly searched for hotels/places for us to stay in Singapore/Indonesia. He patiently accommodated our constantly changing plans (!), and has helped us to identify the best ways to get to some of the more challenging parts of Sulawesi! Nothing has been too much trouble, and the pricing/interesting variety of hotels offered has been fabulous. I particularly like the 'non pressure' approach, as we have had to wait some time before making our final booking, and he patiently let us come back to him when we were ready. Many Thanks once again Dave, and we look forward to sharing our photos from our forthcoming holiday in April, and writing a further review! Many Thanks, Christine & Paul”

“I found the whole experience brilliant from start to finish. Andy was so tolerant when i kept making adjustments to the itinerary. He was always cheerful and happy to help. He even called me at the times he promised which is so rare these days. This is the first time i have used eshores to book my holiday and at this moment in time i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Obviously only time will tell if this experience continues to the service we will receive once on holiday but i feel confident it will. Keep up the good work. Eileen Walker”

“I can't thank Andy enough. I gave him many variations of multi centre holidays over a few weeks .He was always enthusiastic and never seemed tired of my changing the itinerary. He genuinely wanted me to get the holiday I was looking for. Unlike other agents with other companies i contacted who would give me one option and couldn't seem bothered to look for other options”

“Andy was really good at giving precise info with regard to travel detail and accommodation and communicated this quickly in writing. He also advised us about best time weather wise to visit the far east and also arranged an excursion for us. This was done in an efficient and friendly manner and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company”

“I have only good things to say about my experience with e-shores, My travel consultant Helen Millward was extremely helpful and efficient. I was looking for a multi-centre winter break in the US but couldn't make my mind up what to do. I asked for prices for several itineraries over the course of a week or so and Helen was extremely pleasant to deal with and quick to come back with details. When I kept changing my mind I would have forgiven her for thinking I was mucking her about but she never ever gave that im pression and eventually decided on an itinerary at a reasonable cost. I have now returned from the holiday which all went as planned. I would e delighted to recommend Helen and e-shores and indeed have suggested my in-laws contact her in future also,”

“Our travel consultant is called Dave Felton, he found us exactly the holiday we requested at a price much lower than the one quoted by the holiday company (Thomas Cook). Dave was outstanding in his understanding of our requirements and the deal was concluded to our satisfaction very quickly. We have used eshores in the past and will, with out doubt, use their services again. The company readily matches or betters the prices offered by others, a sound way to do business. Thanks for a great service Dave & Jackie Armitage”

“I am extremely impressed with the exceptionally high standard of service we have received from Eshores and in particular Samantha Healey. She accommodated our every request, was patient when we changed our minds about hotels and flight times and was polite and personable every step of the way. Thanks to Samantha's efficiency, tenacity and outstanding competence we have now booked the holiday of a lifetime at an amazing price with no stress! “We booked a holiday to Vietnam through Emma McDonough in November 2013. This was the first time we had planned a multi centre trip so i wasn't quite sure how fluent this would be but it was all fine. This was also the first time we had booked with eShores. Only 1 small issue when we first arrived but this has been brought to your attention. The holiday itself was great and we have already had some friends of ours book with you since. “I came across eshorse via a Google search on line. Andy Rogerson was very helpful and called me very promptly. He tailor made a trip for us to Las Vegas & Caribbean with a number of resort and island options. He arranged Atlantic flights with Virgin and provided us with up to date information on the condition of Las Vegas hotel rooms from his rep who had recently visited them all. A booking was made with room upgrades and we are looking forward to taking our first holiday via eshorse in 3 months time. I was initially a bit nervous about booking with a company I had not heard of but as they are a member of ABTA everything is covered - just in case! Finally the package offered excellent value for money. Andy was able to arrange it all at a much better price than Virgin Holidays - even allowing for my usual 10%Virgin discount. So it looks as if I will be returning to eshores for my future holiday requirements - assuming that all goes according to plan on our 2014 trip. Bye bye Virgin Holidays and hello eshores.”
