“We were due to go to Egypt, through eShores, in early July, and were very happy with the holiday that Dave had arranged for us. Our flights were set for Thursday, but, late on Tuesday night, the Foreign Office advised against all but essential travel to the country. On the Wednesday, Dave was utterly amazing. He offered us the option to postpone, cancel or try an alternative destination. We opted for the latter, and, before the day was out, he'd arranged a fantastic multi-site holiday in Thailand, flying from the same airport, on the same dates! He was in constant communication throughout the day, and must have pulled out all the stops for us. We had a holiday of a lifetime. I can't rate Dave and eShores highly enough. We will definitely use them as our first port of call when arranging holidays in the future. Paul, Helen, Shona and James.”

We received a quote from another Holiday company which was slightly cheaper but we were so pleased with Emma's service that we decided to give her the business. “We were looking for a twin centre holiday to New York and Vegas. i submitted a query online and within 24 hours i got a phone call to confirm my requirements. within 10 minutes id had a call back eshores had found a holiday in my price range staying where i wanted. We booked the holiday eshores saved us alot of time and the service we received was brilliant. they offered advice in relation to transfers and were happy to help.”

“I found e-shores travel consultant Mat, very helpful. I was a little sceptical about booking a whole package on line, but after reading other reviews, and dealing with e-shores in person over phone/e-mail, I realised they were very good. Mat was more than happy to help custom make our perfect holiday to America! We go on our adventure next year! I will be back to write another review on our return! Thanks e-shores.”

“I have booked several holidays with e shores and have always been really pleased. We booked a weekend trip to New York, and the hotel recommended was ideal placed to all the sights and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use e shores again”

“I have had the pleasure to deal with the same consultant to arrange my holidays for the past two years My consultant has been Kadie Barry, who I have found to be extremely efficient on both occasions, and who was a great deal to do with the reason that I chose to use eShores for a second time. Contrary to what I had read about other companies with regards to the treatment of their clients during the recent troubles in Egypt, I was notified within good time when my holiday to Luxor had to be cancelled, assisted to find an alternative holiday, and was refunded the difference in cost of the replacement holiday promptly. Enquiries were dealt with efficiently and promptly, and paperwork provided in good time. I would not hesitate to use eShores again, and would highly recommend them to others.”

“I was unsure of dates for holidays and also nice places to stay. With Andy's help and support in searching for appropriate places for our needs, this took the stress out of booking the holiday. Andy has kept us informed of any changes and things we need to do regularly and to be honest, I don't think I could have done it without him. He is a credit to the company. Thank you so very much.”

“I called them after getting details from the website, and I was very impressed with their courtesy, patience and professionalism. They gave me lots of options and called me back when I had had a chance to think about it, they came up with different options for me, in fact they made it very easy for me to organise something which is going mean a lot, for a special holiday. They didn't pester me , by bombarding me with emails & phone calls, but made sure that I was aware that, prices could alter in a short space of time, or that I could change anything on the itinerary should I wish to. They have also left it open for me to add different things on at a later date.”

“Excellent service. The agent worked very hard to tailor my holiday to fit exactly what I asked for and he gave me several options to choose from. I can be a very fussy client but he was very accommodating. When my first booking to Egypt was cancelled (due to civil unrest) the agent went through the whole process again for me and found me another holiday, this time in Kenya. I was very pleased with the service and the holiday was fantastic!”
