“Very good service. Knowledgeable about the hotels and resorts booked for us. We booked a holiday comprising 3 destinations, Singapore, Langkawi & Pinang (Malaysia) including all flights, transfers, very nice hotels. All great and everything went exactly as booked. I would recommend this company.”

Hi Yusuf, I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your enquiry and getting you your quote. During January we were inundated with more than 3x the enquiries than we usually get and it was taking us longer than usual to get quotes out to clients. It's not excuse for you having to wait a few days though, and I'm sorry. We have now recruited new members to the team, so moving forward will be able to respond to enquiries much quicker. “Wished to take a trip to Italian lakes. Rachel sourced the flights from our preferred Airport and the hotels in Lake Garda and lake Como. The trip is planned for June23. We are very pleased with the work Rachel has put in on our behalf.”

“My agent ( Dave ) was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was originally planning to go to Bali, Dave made me aware of the changes to the entry requirements and helped me to find an alternative. He gave me great suggestions for my twin centre holidays in Thailand and always worked well within my budget. After speaking to many different travel agencies eshore was the best by far”

“We used e Shores pre covid and they organized the holiday we wanted at a very competitive price. Due to covid, the holiday was transferred and eventually canceled. This was all dealt with efficiently and promptly. We recently made contact again and booked a holiday which was done with ease. The staff we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly at all times. We would recommend eShores to anybody looking for a holiday with a difference.”

“Andy went out of his way to pull together an amazing holiday for us in Costa Rica. He listened to what we were looking for and tweaked it where we were being picky. The information Andy shared with our last hotel about a big birthday/anniversary meant that we were given a room upgrade and little gifts and treats throughout our stay. eshores were great in picking up my queries when Andy wasn't available, and everyone I came in contact with was friendly & helpful. This is the second time we've booked through eshores and we'd certainly use them again.”

“Andy went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was tailored to exactly what we wanted and more. i explained what mine and my partners interests were and that we wanted to go bali and andy pulled an itinary together. we couldnt have had a better holiday. we stayed in 3 different locations and explored the many scenes of bali, enjoyed the night life and the culture. i would 100% recommend andy and eshores for booking the best holidays.”

“Excellent customer service and genuinely interested in the little details to create the perfect bespoke trip. Chris proved a choice of 2 hotels for each city we intend to visit in Eastern Canada plus New York as well as searching for great international flight times and train connections .Really felt that he'd listened to our requests and would definitely recommend using this firm.”
