From our first contact with eShores, we feel that we were valued as a customer and received excellent customer service. Our advisor Matt was very informative and knowledgeable. He understood what our needs were. The price given was very competitive with other companies; however, the personal touch provided by Matt was second to none. The trip was fantastic and made all the better by our transfers/transport being on time with lots of communication from the providers. The hotels were 'spot on', in the right location and offered us the right services. We would have no hesitation in recommending eShores and especially Matt and will certainly be using them again in the future.
