“Just back from 5 days in Santorini and 7 days in Crete with shores , the hotels we stayed in were lovely so clean and just the job with studio in both everything you would want in a wee kitchen we even had a balcony in both islands and the one in Crete facing the sea with a minute walk to the beach . Will defo use Esther’s again”

“We are planning a trip to Las Vegas Yosemite and San Francisco for next year this will be the 3rd time we have used eshores and I wouldn’t use any one else especially for long haul tailor made holidays Hannah has been fantastic supporting us to get the best hotels for our budget giving us choices so we have a couple of options to look at. The past 2 trips have run smoothly the hotels,transfers and flights have all come together and it took the stress out of doing it yourself. Hannah always gets back to you when she says she will and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend using eshores. And will definitely be using them again.”

“EShores have never failed to provide a second to none service. There choice of hotels on a multi-stop holiday has been exceptionally. But most of all the staff (Andy, Chris and Beth) are knowledgeable, friendly and caring.”

“Fantastic service from Matt who helped us plan our Greek Isand hopping trip. His advice was suerb Everything went very well. The hotels were great and the Ferry trips lovey. We found the service both professional and friendly. We also had a great experience when we booked with Matt our Indian adventure. We woud not hesitate to book again with eshores.”

“Organised our all inclusive trip to Kenya & Mombasa, safari in first week was brilliant managed to see most of the big five, just a little gripe, we had to pay for drinks including water on the safaris, was not very clear that this was not included in our “all inclusive”!! Accommodation on entire trip was great, may use e-shore again, total cost was good value”

“We booked an all inclusive (flights, transfers and hotel accommodation) for £5,800 for a family of 4 for 11 nights in August 2023 with eShores. The majority of the experience was fine with the exception of one particular property in Santorini which was completely unsuitable, noisy, had insufficient beds, and smelt like a sewer. Most distressing was that my wife who sat in the bed was covered in insect bites. After a complaint to eShores they told me to speak to the receptionist. We returned to the hotel to do so and were guaranteed a refund. The owner then appeared on the scene and because threatening and refused to refund me. We left as I was shaken by the experience as was my family. We had no alternative but to leave the hotel as we felt threatened by the owner had to find and book and pay for the accommodation at an alternative property ourselves. We have never been reimbursed for the €1,400 for that nor any refund from the Ambience Suites Hotel. As a hotelier with over 30 years as a General Manager in luxury properties around the world I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the lack of support from eShores and I will never use them again.  After sending a complaint to the eShores team, and receiving a bad excuse of an apology 28 days later; I feel in the future I will do all the bookings myself. Where they may claim to take care of every detail, and that the customer comes first, I just don’t believe it having experienced this.”

Sorry you felt you had to leave this review and that you feel let down by our support. I assure you, if you had phoned our team from resort, we are here 24-7 and would have done all we could to help. Also, we weren’t aware of some of your concerns you’ve noted, so will look in to this further for you.

“Just returned from a multi centre holiday to Thailand which was booked with Matthew . Excellent service and very knowledgeable All went smooth . No issues . . Any extra help we needed was not a problem , and was sorted asap . Would defo use this company again .”

“For years we had wanted to holiday on the west coast of America and finally we got the chance to do it this year. We asked 4 companies to quote (2 of the well known high street travel agents and 2 smaller independents) on our bespoke, multi stay holiday and despite the fact eShores were not the cheapest, they instantly filled us with confidence through their willingness to help and "can do" attitude. There were a couple of small problems during the holiday which were not the fault of eShores, but as soon as I raised the issues with them, they were instantly on the case for us. Most companies would of had the attitude of "not our fault, not our problem" but this wasn't the case with eShores. Kelly was an absolute star and we will definitely be using eShores agin in the future.”

“We wanted a holiday with sensible flight times - none of the packages on offer had flights from our nearest (regional) airport where both flights were possible without stupid-o'clock starts or finishes. Rachel at eshores helped us search and arranged bookings for a 2-centre stay in Barcelona and Mallora with different airlines. We had a lovely holiday. Friendly and efficient service with clear communication throughout.”
