“I contacted many agents to try and get a quote for the planned holiday for 2015, every single one told me that they could do nothing until later this year. When I contacted eShores I spoke to Mathew and told him my plans, he was excellent, came back to me with various options and I was able to book the whole trip and pay a deposit for my party. All in all extremely satisfied, felt very comfortable with Mathew's knowledge and now looking forward to my trip with no worries Thank you eShores”

“Just got back from Malta, for my neice wedding, it was a real fairy tale wedding, out off this world. My consultant was Andy. I must say his patience is what got me hooked as you all know it can be a little frustrating when you want the best deal. The hotel, Valentina, in St Julians beautiful, have not stopped talking about it. Very clean. The bed is to die for specially after a good dancing session The staff were prompt on any queries, always with fond facial expressions Day life is head spinning not wanting to miss out on any thing Night life is very lively, bars-bars an more bars. Restaurants lots an lots to chose from. Andy, thank you so much for this trip my sisters and brother-in-law also loved it, they said they will be booking with E-Shores.”

“once again nothing is too much trouble, Having booked a holiday before everything ran like clockwork and I reccomended my daughter try e-shores , She has now booked her honeymoon with Dave. I would urge anyone to give them a try. Mr G Gregory”

“Just got back from multi centre holiday in San Francisco/ LA/Las Vegas. Had a brill time. It was our first time with eshores - we told Andy which way round we wanted our trip and what type of hotels we wanted and Hey Presto! that's what we got - great hotels- perfectly situated. Any minor problems or tweeks - we just emailed Andy and he sorted it. First class job Andy, Thanks. Brian and Margaret.”

“Andy at eshores was really helpful and after several attempts got it spot on. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to and he was not the least bit offended when I told him whether I liked what he suggested or not. He changed dates to get us the best deals with flights and changed hotels when I didn't like them. He was brilliant from start to finish. I have been using e-shores on line for 5 years now and they have done me proud every time. I thoroughly recommend them as they put together exactly the type of holiday you want.”

“This is the first time I've used the company and it certainly won't be the last. Dave's attentiveness was second to none. I am a customer service manager myself and I couldn't fault that given by Dave. I have a feeling he stayed back after his work hours just to ensure we got the holiday we were looking for. Excellent service.”

“I found Kadie to be very helpful and knowledgeable and was very impressed that when I emailed her to confirm that I wanted to proceed with the holiday she'd proposed, she forwarded my email to Dave, as she had a day off due to it being Easter. Dave then handled everything for me, extremely efficiently, meaning that my holiday was booked in record time. This was then followed up immediately by the admin team - great service!”

“Emma McDonagh was amazing, we made several changes to our trip before making our minds up but nothing was too much trouble...so all being well we should have an amazing 3 centre trip to the US...very efficient..thankyou”

“Dave was really helpful, and responded really quickly to my requests to change flight dates and check alternative hotels. He got on the phone and kept things moving without being pushy. I think the personal touch and telephone contact gave eShores the edge over a couple of competitors that were slower in their responses.”
