Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The products I ordered are great and delivery prompt, however I was charged 2 separate delivery charges for 2 items on the same order which I found extremely disappointing. I feel if spending a certain amount then delivery should not be charged for. If I could've sourced the products elsewhere, I would not have bought from here because of delivery charge.”

“I ordered from this website on the basis of the delivery timings but the tracking process with XDP was terrible. Got 2 text for my two parts of the order but it never arrived in the 2 hour window on Friday. Tried chasing but clearly no one working Saturday or delivering on Saturday either. Set our project back a week now. Still not sure where my order is right now…”

Hi, I can see on your order that the Estimated Date of Delivery at the point of order was the 23rd Feb. You will be able to see this too on your order acknowedgment. We managed to get the item despatched quickly and the courier was due to deliver the order on Friday 18th but unfortunately there were delays due to the biggest storm the UK had seen for decades and the delivery to you was not completed. I can see that the courier has now completed the delvery and your order is now complete on the 21st Feb. 2 days earlier than we estimated. Im not sure how we have set your project back based on delivering earlier than we advised but i apologise that you feel this way.

“First time purchase. Tap arrived and was exactly what we wanted, could get it faster than other sites selling this product, this site was slightly more expensive than others however we needed it asap so was worth it for us. Fast delivery we paid for and it arrived prompt. Tap was in great packaging appropriate for travel, wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.”
