Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The customer service department is very efficient at picking up on issues resulting from deliveries . I have been told that a good will gesture of £50 will be refunded to my account and I appreciate the intention .”

“Very rapid service. The delivery driver (from PJH Home delivery)was a star as he carried the very heavy shower tray and the glass panels single-handed into the house. These really should have been a two-man lift as one of the items was 53kgs.”

“How did we do? Not very good to be honest! Delivery was an absolute shambles and I had to pay £15 for the privilege!! Was told by the courier I no longer lived at my address, then my order was refused, just an absolute balls up to be fair. Not happy at all”

“Checked in stock, all in stock, paid £44 for delivered day and then told very delayed - apparently because the supplier hadn’t processed the order and Ergonomic Designs took days to realise it hadn’t been processed. So neither in stock nor on it to solve the problem and so far not refunding delivery cost either, plus all the hassle of not having the products. Total rubbish.”

Hi, i am sorry this did not quite meet your estimated delivery date, the goods were in stock as advised however they had to come to us from the distributor for grouped delivery. “We had a small problem with the cistern lid, I hadn't checked it on delivery as we were ask to do. One week later on installation we opened the packaging and found a small chip. After emailing Ergonomics and sending photos two days later a delivery can brought us the new perfect cistern lid. We found the service excellent and the price was so much cheaper than any other same model and make that I had been looking at. Brilliant service altogether.Thank you. Pauline Hull.”
