Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Easy to use website and excellent telephone customer service when I had a few questions. Was advised of the correct parts needed and placed my order online. Items arrived on schedule and I was kept informed of delivery progress. stars well earned. thank you.”

“The website is reasonably easy to use. The choice was okay although there were a few products out of stock - but I guess that’s a sign of the times. Delivery time was much shortened once I’d ordered. It would be nice if this was a bit more realistic - getting it quicker didn’t help in my case, although knowing when it will come is important. Can’t tell anything about the shower I bought as it is not installed yet.”

“We were extremely impressed by this company. Delivery was very quick and though they was a minor issue, it was resolved within 2 business days. The helpline staff were very efficient and friendly - they not only did exactly what they said they would do, they did it without delay and kept us updated. Brilliant.”

“Although showroom was closed, managed to order online complete shower unit, plus a shower and two complete toilet systems, with help from staff over the phone. Managed to get one item changed over before delivery with help from Lynn, and delivery was as expected. Thank you very much.”

“The shower enclosure was delivered promptly. On unpacking the shower enclosure it was found to be missing four top and bottom door seals. Contacted Ergonomics to inform of the missing parts they said they would contact Frontline Bathroom Ltd who supplied the shower enclosure. Frontline did not have any seals in stock nor could they advise when these seals might be in stock. They have offered to take back the original one and replace it with a new one. I have suggested they might like to break open the pack in their warehouse and just send us the seals. To save on courier costs and save the planet. Awaiting a response from Frontline.”
