Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I'm happy with the ease of ordering, communication and the product itself. However, I'm very disappointed with the packaging or should I say total lack of packaging protecting the sink unit and sink which arrived in a box with no protection. It was so lucky that the sink isn't damaged and the sink unit itself only had the outer edges slightly marked. I think there should be some form of protection used to lessen the likelihood of damages occurring in transit.”

“Excellent company, needed a replacement valve for the shower. Phoned them and extremely helpful and checked stock (live) placed order online and collected later that afternoon. Again staff brilliant and assisted with a few questions. Great prices, superb customer service and can highly recommend 11/10 👍”

“First time using Ergonomic designs and was very happy with the service. I ordered all items needed for a full bathroom renovation, found the online ordering process was easy with competitive prices. My order was available for collection slightly ahead of the quoted date and collection was very straight forward. Will certainly use Ergonomic designs for any future bathroom products.”
