Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Cheap and know why now. Purchased a tap. It arrived damaged. Initially we thought we'd go ahead and fit it and see if they would just discount. Tap was actually too long so couldn't be fitted. I have had to send pictures of the damage that were not good enough. Now I am being asked for pictures to prove there are no marks on the tap that indicate we tried to fit it, when we couldn't because it was incorrect. A week on, I still have a damaged tap that has had more photos than Kate Moss. Utter rubbish”

“Our normal suppliers were out of stock of the bath we wanted and explained there was no current indication when the item would be available. Ergonomic Designs contacted their suppliers and confirmed they had the item in stock, I immediately purchased it online and within minutes had an email from the lady I had been speaking to confirming she would keep an eye on the order. She also ensured that I would be notified of the delivery date and time as I had to travel to the delivery property. Excellent service.”

“Excellent company. Not only are the items purchased of a very good quality and very well packaged but the customer service is second to none. Purchased the Matt black wall mounted taps and the Matt black concealed shower valves and both are made to a very high quality with nice touches such as spirit level on the tap unit. Would highly recommend”

“I ordered the Solar Chrome Brass 220mm Square Handheld Shower Head from Ergonomic Designs. on a Saturday I was told it would take 3 days but to my delight, it arrive the next working day GREAT SERVICE.
