Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Six years ago when we needed a new shower I got useful support in selecting what we needed. Recently, when the thermostatic cartridge failed, they immediately identified the correct part I needed - it was in stock and available for next day delivery. I also got tips on how to replace the part by email.”

“Ordered a shower enclosure, it was delivered very quickly and we had good communication about when it would arrive and help to put get it into the house. So far all good although we haven't installed the enclosure yet.”

“-Website is very informative allowing the customer to be fully reliant on all info on the website for a fully immersive online experience. -Delivery estimates are very accurate. If they don't have something in stock, they will make allowance for that in the delivery estimates rather than putting a standard "3-5 working days". This is very important as I have found that many websites put a standard delivery day and misleadingly indicate that they have stock, but actually do not, and suddenly you have a 3 week waiting time. -Good variety of stock, especially for shower trays. Would like to see more matte black products though”
