Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Excellent service from start to finish. I sent several e mails with questions I neede answering before I made my purchase & these were answered promptly with the information I required. I placed my order for a Merlyn Truestone slate shower tray on Monday evening (23rd July) & received the goods on Thursday (26th July ) The delivery driver rang me 1hr before he arrived to update me on the delivery. The shower tray was packed extremely well & I am very pleased with the quality. I shall definitely be ordering more items for my bathroom & would highly recommend the company to other people. One very satisfied customer. W. Rowe”

“Dont bother, I ordered a 1.5 bowl kitchen sink, over the phone, so as to make sure I had ALL the items I needed for the kitchen fitter to put the sink in. I was assured that I had all the parts needed. However, firstly, only half the order came, called to be told that they didn't know why they forgot the part, but this would be with me Wednesday. It didn't arrive, so I called and they resent it out and we recieved it on the Friday. Only for the kitchen fitter to ask where certain parts where and I said that was all I ordered as per what they told me. Secondly, the one plug, I was told was the right one, was the wrong one as it didn't have a waste and I had no waste for the overflow. Luckily, a local store had a rectangular overflow available otherwise, I'd still have a new kitchen with no sink!”
