Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The buying process is straightforward but the delivery was terrible. The driver called me to say he was outside and asked me why I was not hearing him knocking on the door. I came outside to see him knocking vigorously at the wrong house at the end of the road...I showed him the number on the house, but he did not accepted the clear evidence and became aggressive. To make things worse, he asked me to unload the truck by myself and refused to take the boxes from the truck to my house. Never seem something like this before. Probably the driver was not having a good day, I guess...”

“Ordered a Carronite Quantum SE bath from Ergonomic Designs, which was by far the cheapest supplier of this particular item. I was able to change the original delivery date to one of my choosing to coincide with the work being done. Everything happened as expected. Thank you!”

“I received a damaged unit that meant to be getting fitted a few days after it arrived , because it has been damaged I've not had to let the customer know of the delay and it has now cost me of my own money to try and sort the problem that is at hand so I'm now out of pocket and still haven't heard of any more news about receiving a new unit and it's been 4 days since I sent the email , I was really happy with everything else but this has just caused me so much hassle and nothing has been sorted to help me with this problem”

“Vanity unit and bathroom storage unit arrived in an extremely damaged condition. The replacement delivery was organised promptly but again, the replacement items were again very poorly damaged and in a second hand condition so I requested a refund and will shop elsewhere”
