Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I have used Ergonomic Designs for various products for many years. the products are great, stock and delivery is like no other. Any issues what so ever are dealt with straight away, I had a damaged basin unit delivered, I had a replacement delivered the next morning. Customer service is brilliant! One thing that is hard to find nowadays. Thanks guys!!”

“I ordered a couple of things and not all were available at the same time. I was told I would need to pay for shipping twice because it will be sent in two batches. That is not usually how it's done. If you have issues supplying what's offered on the website the customer should not have to pay. Also, I needed to provide pictures of an item I wanted to return. It was well within the 2 week return period that is legally required to be offered. I should not have to do this. If I change my mind in something I am able to send it back. There is no need to check with the original supplier. Again, that is not a customer issue.”
