Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “My first purchase from Ergonomic Designs, I found the teams on the phone extremely helpful and professional . I ordered both taps and vanity unit and arranged to collect from the warehouse, when the items were in stock within a few days I was contacted to arrange collection. All went very smoothly. “Poor customer service - wrong advice given initially. The wrong product was sent to us. Poor value for money - We were charged £45 for a delicate item delivery of a 2mx1.6m glass shower screen - they sent 1 man in a white van for this. He couldn’t lift the product. Poor organisation - 1 man in a van was sent to collect the inappropriate product. He couldn’t lift it. We were refunded 10 days after the item was returned but charged 2x£45 for the ‘delicate item’ collection My advice - avoid this company. I’m pleased to be rid of them.”

“I had a few items from you, all excellent quality delivered by 2 different firms PJH excellent easy to track and gave a good window of arrival in which they arrived Barwicks hard to track and came the day before they said they would, pure luck that someone was there to take delivery (wouldn't have been happy getting charged for an extra delivery) Hence why you only got 4*”

“Orderd a hansgrohe wall bar and raindance showerhead and was surprised at how quick postage was to northern Ireland was, items were really well packaged and in perfect condition. Would definitely give ergonomic designs my business again, cheapest price I could find for the items I needed. Overall really happy with there service from start to finish”
