Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Very happy. I ordered and received the shower I ordered very quickly. I subsequently had an issue (or rather my plumber did); I contacted Ergonomic designs for help and they were very fast in responding and resolving my issues. Things being more difficult during these times, I thought they did a pretty amazing job. I would definitely feel confident about buying and ordering from them again.”

“Ordered a quartz sink from here. Very smooth process whereby shortly after placing the order they send a link to book the delivery. I could select the next day, or any other suitable date. On the morning of the delivery I received an email with an estimated delivery time and through the day could click on a link to get an updated estimate which turned out to be spot on. The courier made a courtesy call 20 mins before arrival. Unfortunately it was found that the sink was misshapen, not these guys fault, so I had to order a replacement quickly for my fitters and contacted these guys to advise. The faulty sink was collected within 2 days. A very smooth process from order to delivery and excellent customer service recovering the faulty sink.”

“Ordering the goods was easy. However your couriers actually lied on their report that they had handed my goods to my next door neighbour, Mr/Mrs Smith! The family next door are not available at the moment and are certainly not called Smith. Instead, my order was left behind bins.... disappointing.”
