Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I have bought two items from Ergonomic Designs in the past few months - a shower and a toilet pan. The customer service was excellent throughout and I absolutely love the new toilet pan. I bought this to replace a pan that I'd bought from a different company and I never knew that it was possible to get so excited about a toilet flushing!! I absolutely love my new pan. It works brilliantly, and looks very elegant and stylish. I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Thursday! I really couldn't ask for more and would give more than five stars if I could!”

“Corner bath panel arrived with no scuffs or marks. Although it was bigger than our bath, which I new when I ordered it, it was quite easy to cut down to size. I measured it 3 times because you only get one chance when cutting ( 2 person job ). Fits brilliantly.”

“Up until today I would have used ergonomic designs again but my fitters found one of the shower wastes damaged when installing and I am been made to jump through hoops to get a replacement. I spent £1000 and you still haven’t replaced my £19 damaged waste!!!! I need this delivering ASAP I have Lads on site.”

“Very pleased with the cubicle and shower tray Installation very simple, instructions were a little short in detail using sketches with no written instruction but managed to work it out Beware of delivery if living in the south,the delivery company operate a round robin drop off starting from the depot in the north, we ordered Sunday but didn't arrive until Friday Great product though and I would recommend Ergonomic designs”

“We had a VitrA vanity unit and ceramic sink delivered promptly by an excellent delivery service. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of both products, very good value. Unfortunately the sink had a small blemish beneath the glaze. Via email, we contacted E. Design, received a prompt reply with advice regarding replacement. Within 24 hours we had received a replacement product - fantastic after service. We always say that you can only judge a company by their response in dealing with issues and faults, E. Design have truly demonstrated their commitment to customer service. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending this company and their delivery service.”
