Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I’m MOST impressed with this company and glad I found them. Although the order arrived on separate days it was, Quick! Ordered t Wednesday delivery Friday & the second part Tuesday. Good service hopefully the product is as good.”

“Easy to order and item came quicker then quoted, shower is up and running easy to install so time will tell of quality, my only worry that it came in a huge long box of which the product only took up less than half of it and could have easily been sent in original box but understand they want it to arrive safe, just thinking of the environment”

“My purchased Avenue Wellington 1570mm Toilet and Basin Combination Unit Chalk White did not come with the toilet and worktop….after checking with the customer support and it is actually my own mistake. Thank you for the high quality customer support. I strongly suggest to add the description in more comprehensive wording (e.g. Avenue Wellington 1570mm Toilet and Basin Combination Unit Chalk White (Worktop, cistern and toilet not included) so that customer will understand at first glance. Anyway, lovely purchase from Ergonomic :-)”

“The website was easy to use, customer service was fantastic! Due to user error I ordered the wrong basin taps that didn't match all the other items. I emailed the team and within 12 hours they had corrected my error, refunded me the difference. Very pleased with quality of products and I cannot fault the customer service.”

“One of the part is still not delivered. Plumber will not come back to fix it so had to delay fixing the whole WC. So inconvenient, this shouldn’t have been sold if not in stock. Have been told to wait for another 4 weeks.”
