Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Nice comany to deal with, helpful staff answered all my phone inquiries promptly. I needed to exchange the bath I’d bought for a different model, (MY mistake), But it was no problem. Will use again and recommend to friends.”

“Excellent service and product quality, delivery was fast and efficient. Even taking into account delivery charges this was by far the cheapest price I found for a genuine part, I would recommend Ergonomic Designs to anyone”

“I am very pleased with the service I had with Ergonomic Design. They were very helpful pre order in answering various questions that I had about the product. When I ordered the product came quickly and when they said it would. My only concern was that as I couldn't track the package I may miss the delivery and have to reschedule which may have been charged extra but as it happened the delivery came just when I wanted it to.”

“When I searched on Google the products I wanted (thermostatic valves for bath and shower with bath filler spout) Ergonmic Designs immediately appealed on account of their admirable range of products, clear descriptions and images and prompt chat feature to confirm details. Online ordering was a breeze and delivery with reassuring updates was prompt and convenient. What more could you ask for?”

“Delivery that I paid £35 for I checked and was advised I would be called and given an estimate time slot so I could leave for work. Wrong number was called and I ended up missing the parcel due to this. When calling customer service I was advised in the T and C's it states that i had to be in all day and what the delivery email says is final even though i contacted their customer service for clarification and was advised incorrectly. Wanted me to pay £35 redelivery i argued and got this for half price. A day later I received confirmation of redelivery date but to an incorrect address (my billing address and not my delivery address) I called customer service and was told to ignore the email and incorrect phone number as the email is not relevant even though last time i was advised this was over speak to one of their reps on customer service team. Delivery came on the day but wrong phone number was called again although i waited in all day at the delivery address this time so I did not miss the parcel. The shower tray I ordered was very heavy and I had to help the driver with the weight of it all though the courier company I can not fault as he was helpful and polite etc. just the issues with Ergonomic Designs that I was not happy with. In terms of reading the reviews prior to ordering i wish looking back i paid the extra money to go else were. Never had these issues ordering something so simple in the past. The product in question appears to be as ordered however i have not fitted this as of yet.”

Hi Daniel, I can see your order had 2 contact numbers on as I am assuming the order was made via your plumber. I understand this was order was placed being required for the following day, but we do also email dispatch confirmation with a specified delivery date to avoid telephone issues and ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide timed delivery on the direct delivery option selected as specified on our checkout, and although drivers do call, this cannot always be guaranteed. Please note on checkout on the direct delivery option you selected we do state "Items will be shipped as soon as possible. Large items may be delivered on a pallet and will be curbside only. A delivery time cannot always be provided!" As soon as you advised us of the failed delivery we arranged for delivery on the on the 7th Sept as requested. We do always advise not to book installers till the items have arrived and been checked as delays can sometimes occur with couriers that are outside of our control, but in this instance the phone number error resulted in driver calling your plumber who unfortunately was not at the property. The second invoice received was just for postage charge, therefore we did not provide a delivery address just the invoice address supplied on the initial order.

“Very bad and poor service ! Not worth to pay that much and get everything stuck,tray not come with the waste and deliver wrong riser kit! Some more when i rang bck the customer service said it was my fault ordered a wrong thing!2nd time i rang bck they found out it was the website error,Gosh! I definately will not recommend it,don't get yourself in trouble!”

Hi Wong, please accept our apologies, I can see from the order that you requested the direct shipping option, where all items come direct from the manufacturer. This service is always quick and has a estimated 1-2 working days lead time which we show on checkout. I can see from your order the courier had delivered the following day, but had not delivered the waste despite it being on the order. As soon as you advised us of this we arranged for an FOC waste which was delivered on the on the 14th Sept. I can only apologise that the items arrived a day later. We do always advise not to book installers till the items have arrived and been checked as delays can sometimes occur with couriers that are outside of our control. In regards the riser kit again I am sorry we had the wrong part associated, we pride our selves on our data and this anomaly has now been resolved. As discussed on the phone, I have refunded back the riser kit and the total cost of delivery for this error.

“Ordered easily but delivery not good. Got a text 1 hour before delivery. The driver was an older guy and had my dad not been available I do not know how he’d have got my shower tray out the van and in the house. It weighs a tonne. My dad pulled his back and ended up in bed in agony.”

“I was after a number of plumbing different items for a new build annex. I researched the internet and was aware of looking at independent reviews (not on heir website) where you will see some companies who are really cheap are nightmares. This company had a good range and prices. I was nervous in placing a big order over the internet however, I can’t fault the service I received. One small item was not in stock and there was going to be a slight delay. As I had ordered over a weekend, first thing Monday morning They gave me an option to cancel the small item or refund. I choose refund and it was processed immediately. The correspondence was great and I received all my goods in good packaging within four days to suit me. They give you notice on their arrival time which for me was a slight problem as driver struggled for a signal as it’s very rural. When we did speak he waited twenty minutes at my address until I got home! From my experience I have to say highly Recommended.”
