Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a service pack sar00 for a concealed shower a3380 at less than half the price quoted by the manufacturer direct; arrived promptly by dpd with good notification of a delivery time slot. Only criticism was that the service pack was about the size of 2 packets of fags but it was then put in a box big enough for about 100 packets of fags , with packing #savethetrees”

“No problems with delivery and we would have been very happy with the item had we been able to fit it in our bathroom but because of difficulties with plumbing we could not keep it. Through ongoing communications with Ergonomic Designs I am very pleased that a resolution has been found with regard to a return and refund. Many thanks”

“I am very pleased with my recent purchases from Ergonomic Designs. I purchased a mixer valve and shower head in store and a shower screen and additional panel online. All products are of a very high quality and much more reasonably priced than others I looked at. The delivery was very prompt and overall I'm impressed with the service. I will use Ergonomic Designs again.”

“Great service from these guys. The area of their website I was looking at wasn't easy to navigate, so I called them and got a very friendly helpful member of their team on the line who talked me through everything I needed. It arrived earlier than expected and short of one item which was sorted out the following day and with me the day after that. Great service. - highly recommended”

“Fell in love with these taps and was thrilled to find them at the lowest price on this website. Ordering was really easy and delivery was quick. Also really helpful to receive the delivery window updates so I wasn't hanging around waiting for them to arrive. Taps arrived well packaged. Not fitted them yet but they look even better than the pictures - very solid, well constructed, quality materials and components.”
