Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered 4 items on the Friday, all were available for collection the following Thursday. Great prices for the items but a single delivery charge for all items would've been appreciated over "per item" delivery. Would use again if required only because of how (relatively) close I am to the collection depot. Regional collection depots an idea in future? But I suspect this will mean an increase in cost being passed onto customers”

“Excellent prices and customer service. I would not hesitate to order from here again. There were problems with the delivery (from the manufacturer) but ergonomic designs sorted it out very quickly and rang or emailed to keep me in the picture.”

“Excellent prices and excellent customer service. It was just let down by the courier company they used. In future I would pay the bit extra and have it delivered by the manufacturer. The enclosure I ordered was smashed into tiny bits and the delivery dates were not met at all. Ergonomic designs sorted it out without hesitation so cannot complain about that the customer service was spot on.”

“I found Ergonomic Designs through a web search. Their prices were the most competitive ones so i decided to go ahead. I placed several orders with them for bathroom items. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently. All items were delivered within a few days and without any problems. For me personally, what i found invaluable was the telephone support i received from the girls at Ergonomic Designs. All my queries were processed immediately and i received calls back to update me on the progress of my deliveries. Hard to find this kind of service these days from online companies. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.”
