Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The customer service was fantastic. The items I ordered were delivered when they said they would, which was great. The shower tray, screen and trap arrived undamaged and of top quality. I had a query regarding a missing part which was delt within an hour. All in all a 5* company who I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you especially to Valentina.”

“Chose to go with this Company because items were cheaper than competitors.. Good Website and easy to make purchases from. Customer service team was very good when I needed to purchase items not available online. Delivery was really swift and the delivery team extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Great product pricing. Beware of delivery process. Offices are only open between 9-5. If you go for standard delivery process then you will get a call 1 hour before the delivery driver arrives at your door. Not a problem if you”

“The item we ordered and paid for was out of stock and we were later told we’d receive it in a few weeks. We’d also paid an extra for an express delivery so we asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t. Later, we found out the express delivery charge is a delivery charge for the item even though it didn’t say on their website. It was misleading. When we were notified of the delivery, we were told if we missed to receive it, there will be another delivery charge occurred which was over £40. A customer service staff was very helpful and he was doing his best but overall, our experience with this company was not good.”

“What an Amazing Service, found the exact Shower Mixer & Shower rail that I wanted, ( Hudson reed) at a Brilliant price, ordered on the Wednesday, Was delivered, Mid Day the on the Thursday, great Packaging, well protected Very pleased with the service, Shower looks great, will be installing over the the next few weekends..Would Defiantly recommend...”

“Ordered shower doors with separate side trims. Unfortunately the courier damaged the trims (looked liked someone had driven other them!) Called Ergonomic who answered the call immediately (no holding), they arranged for new trims to be dispatched. Problems occur but it's how they are dealt with. 5 Stars for Ergonomic.”
