Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “They didn't use a special fragile courier as stated which left us with a damaged bath and units but this was quickly sorted out and replacements sent via another courier. Staff were polite and helpful over the phone. My only gripe is they email you the day before it arrives which is awkward when you work full-time.”

“Delivery costs were an unexpected pain-point once items selected. Also options for delivery were a bit confusing, and not easy to specify a delivery date. However, I was lucky and happened to be able to take the delivery which was in fact done very quickly. I haven't had chance to unpack the shower enclosure items yet, so cannot comment on product yet. Slight damage to packaging, but not expecting damage to product.”

“Use this Company at your peril if you want your goods delivered. Monday delivery did not happen despite paying for the service. Revised delivery for Thursday did not happen. No courtesy phone calls. Lied to about information. Items have gone missing! The 3rd delivery attempt arrived...…… since this issue I ordered a 2nd item and the team have made amends and the service on my second order was exemplary.”
