After my first charger was an out of box failure I received a second in record time however this one would not connect to WiFi. I did find an over voltage issue at my property which has been rectified but I must add that National Grid felt that the 240 to 153Volts fluctuation was acceptable but they changed it any way. They did also add that other manufacturers have been known to adjust the tolerance of the box if required. Since the adjustment my charger no longer trip however the WiFi issue still remain!! The last call that was answered, I asked them what the next steps would be to correct my situation and I was told that I would receive an email.. this was now 2 weeks ago and every time I call the message informs me that they can’t take the call and I should email.. guess what… I’ve done this twice since then and had an automated response initially but now complete silence.. I can’t find a number to call and my emails remain un answered. Consequently, I have an EO charger on my wall which I can’t program so I am left with a permanent charge point that anybody can drop onto. I’ve had to program the car to only accept charge between certain hours. Anybody have any idea what I should do next? I will be taking this further for sure!
