“Our chimney was swept yesterday and the gas burner that hadn't been used in several years was checked. Our engineer, Bryan, was polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable; he gave us lots of advice and information on the options available next. The sweep was completed in good time, we received the certificate of chimney sweeping and the area was left clean and tidy.”

“My chimney was cleaned by Andrew . He was an extremely pleasant young man who took great care to ensure the job was undertaken with minimal mess . He was very willing to answer questions and explain how the machinery worked and the purpose of the smoke test . I would have no hesitation in having him repeat this exercise on a future occasion Mike”

“Bryan, the engineer arrived on time. He was very pleasant and courteous,and explained what he was hoing to do. It was a quick job and he cleaned up well and even shined up the hearth and surround!! Would recommend”

“The engineer (Bryan) arrived within the expected timeframe. He was courteous and friendly and put me, the customer, at ease. He explained clearly, and with the right level of detail, what he was going to be doing. He responded quickly, and with clarity, to questions. He did an efficient and effective job and, importantly, left the room in the same condition he found it, having tidied and cleaned after himself.”

“I’m really pleased that I bought my gas fire from Envio-Flame. One year on the after sales service is excellent. In the annual service there was a crack in the coal bed which was promptly replaced without any charge. Envio-Flame is staffed with pleasant helpful people. Special thanks to Jordan, Mandy, Melissa, Amber and others. Very highly recommend this company.”

“When looking for a fire a wood burning place, no place came anywhere near close to the help and support I have had with EnviroFlame. From the initial advice and support with my requirements, right up to the order and delivery, they have been amazing. This was made even better by their prices being more competitive than rival companies. I was espeically impressed with the customer service representative Melissa who has been absolutely amazing with the whole process. I cannot recommend this comany enough. Fiver star customer service and care throughout.”
